Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Didn't realize we'd tried this back in 2001 & rated it 4 stars, but now we think it is worth 5 stars. Have no idea why we got rid of this recipe before as we sure will be having this more often now. This is quick & easy which I always like. Chicken was moist, but depending on thickness of the breast will determine the cooking time more than what the directions say.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

If you like your green pepper alittle crunchy you may not want to parboil the pieces since they come out great when grilling the kabobs.

Frozen Pumpkin Pie

use use a 9x9 pan or deep dish pie pan otherwise you need to freeze in layers to have it all fit in the pie pan

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

We made a stuffed pizza using the Italain Bread Bowl recipe by Kerri Skrudland for our pizza crust which works great & gives you left over dough for bread sticks. Also, we used Bacon Ranch-style dressing & added bacon/bites along with garlic for seasoning. This was GREAT!!!!!!!

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

EXCELLENT!!!!! Only need about 1/4 of the cream cheese filling it calls for. We added a dab of pie filling the first time we made these & tried fresh blue berries the next time, both we're delicious. I will be looking for a "from scratch" flaky dinner roll to use instead of store bought next.

The Wessel Cake

I tried making this twice & it was a flop. It may have helped if I knew what it was supposed to look/taste like. The "cake" was good, but stuck to the pan & it deflated quickly. The topping wasn't like a mousse that the description stated. Would like to know what went wrong, or is missing. I did cut recipe in half using a 5" pan.

Pollo Fajitas

EXCELLENT!!!! We had left over baked turkey & used the marinade to saute the turkey, onion & pepper in. Next time we'll try as directed, but we know using left overs also works.

Grilled Beer Chicken

Since we use skinless, boneless chicken breasts we used the spices & beer as a marinade. It was ok, but won't make again this way. We'll wait until we have a whole chicken & try as recommended, & then determine if it is a keeper or not.
