This was the best cheeses cake ever! I was scared about making a cheesecake, but I tried it for Thanksgiving this year and it was a hit!I mad the recipe exactly as written and had no problems what so ever!Thanks for such an easy and delicious recipe!

Apple Bread

this recipe was so simple to prepare and everyone just raved about how good it was. what a great way to use up the extra apples in the house. I substituted cinnamon apple sauce for the oil(1 cup) and used half brown and half white sugar. yum!!!

Cream of Sweet Potato Soup

what a simple yet very tasty soup. I was short on the sweet potatoes so I added one can(the small size)of cut sweet potatoes to the fresh ones and pureed them together. YUM!!!!
