This recipe is a staple in my house....I use dried celery for the vegetables (chop celery very fine, lay out on plate for 24 hrs to completely dry, or put in oven with light on). I also add 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
This recipe is so handy for two people...add cheddar cheese for a quick topping for broccoli or cauliflower.
