Marshmallow Corn Chip Treats

I made this recipe for a salty/sweet party we had at work. It was a really simple recipe and so easy and quick to make! I ended up melting the butter and marshmallow fluff in the microwave in a big pyrex bowl, then stirred in the crunched up fritos. I put that all in an 8x8 pan and pressed down with parchment paper. I left them loosely covered with foil overnight and everybody loved them the next day at work! I'll definitely be making these again.

Easy Lemon Cookies

The Big Easy Jambalaya

Very easy and really tasty! I used beef kielbasa instead of andouille. I also added a whole bunch of hot sauce to eat bowl for that extra kick!

Quick Cake

exactly what I needed to make up 3 small cakes! I cut the recipe in third and it came out perfectly. I didn't have cocoa powder so I used a heaping tablespoon of nutella. The cakes came out so light and moist!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I used pickled jalapenos because that's what I had on hand. I also used the spicy Mrs. Dash since I didn't have any cayenne pepper. I also did an extra can of white beans pureed to thicken the broth. This recipe is definitely a keeper! Easy to do and tastes great.

Quick and Easy Goulash

This was really quick and easy! I didn't have an onion, so I just used a whole bunch of spices. I was skeptical, especially by its appearance, but it was really tasty with some hot sauce!

Easy and delicious! I added garlic salt to the potatoes and beef. I also added some worcestershire hot steak sauce to the beef. And a cup of peas to the carrot layer.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

The hardest part of this recipe was overfilling the tortillas and making a mess wrapping them. Good thing I used non-stick foil in a baking pan to bake them since some of the chimichangas leaked. This recipe is easy and tasty though! I'll definitely make again!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Easy, quick and tasty! I didn't have basil or parsley, so I used 2 teaspoons of Mrs. Dash instead. I also covered my pan with foil. Came out great!

Cran-Pistachio Cookies

I omitted the dried cranberries and extra nuts, and added a splash of both vanilla and almond extracts as well as a 1/4 cup of cream cheese. Everyone loved them!
