Coconut Orange Cupcakes
Made half with the coconut topping and half without. I tried the one without and loved it. So moist! My roommate tried the one with and kept Mmm-ing the whole time. Success!

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
Usually don't like sweet potatoes. It came out great. Did not flip them halfway through because I like the burnt sides. Couldn't get enough of it.
