YUMMY! I made this last night for my family (10 ppl total). After reading some other reviews I decide to add the brown sugar, lemon, and Worcestershire sauce. I also had to use 2+ cans of tomato soup. I am not one either for measuring, just add and taste. I also used brown instant rice, cooked. I made mine with 2pds of beef and 1 pd of pork, I know that seems like alot but I froze the left over meat mixture. After making my rolls, I also made meatballs in another pan, for the ones who did not like cabbage. I took the leaves of the cabbage that I was planning on discarding, and placed them on top of everything to keep heat in, covered with foil, I cooked mine for about an hr. Everyone loved it! It was moist and tender! I was proud of this dish and will use it again! served with homemade mashed potatoes and candied carrots! Thank you so much for this recipe!
