Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken

Delicious! Super easy and tasty recipe. My hubby loved it. I added a can of RoTel tomatoes for a little more spice and it was just perfect. We served it with white rice and flour tortillas. Thanks for sharing :o)

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Easy, delicious and nutritious! I added 1/2 an onion (thinly sliced) then roasted at 375 on convection for about 35 minutes, until outsides were just about charred. I also added a few dashes of Balsamic for the last 10 minutes of cook time. Absolutely perfect!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Great recipe! Cookies came out soft and chewy with great 'cookie' consistency. I also refrigerated dough for about 15 minutes before baking each batch and the cookies came out perfect! Thank you!

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Yum! I substituted lite teriyaki sauce for the soy sauce and red wine vinegar for plain vinegar. I also removed about half the skin to cut down on fat and added 2 tbsp. brown sugar. Very good... smells great while cooking too!
