Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Pretty good, but I did not follow exactly. Only used 1/4 cup sugar, and ended up adding an extra TBS or two of buttermilk. I'm usually one of those that says "don't rate it if you didn't make it just as is" but in this case I knew for sure that was too much sugar for my taste. Baked at temp and time suggested in a cast iron skillet and, with the cut in sugar/slight add in buttermilk, it was alright.

David's Yellow Cake
First time using this recipe, and the cake turned out very moist and tastes great. The only problem is it looks and tastes like angel food cake, not yellow cake. Based on the other reviews, I think it must be something I did...I halved the recipe, but other than that followed it to the letter, so I have no idea what I did wrong. At least it still tastes great!

Garlic-Tarragon Cream Sauce
Whoever said this recipe was bad must have messed something up on their end. I omitted the tarragon because of personal taste, but left everything else the same. Served it over ravioli and chicken, and loved it.
