Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup

YUM! i served with crusty french bread and a salad and my guests were siked. VERY IMPORTANT though, do not forget the sesame oil, it made all the difference

Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry

Unfortunately, I found this a little bland... Also be very wary of overcooking mango, it only takes a few minutes and both mango and coconut quickly loose their flavor. That said, this snafoo may have been my fault, but it was still a bit of a disappointment :(

This recipe is SO GOOD! I undercooked it a little once and all my friends freaked out at my delicious bread fruit pudding cake batter delight. Extreme hit, even when things don't go exactly as planned...

Black Magic Cake

I made this cake for my boyfriends birthday and got a LOT of compliments. The cake is not overly sweet, which I think made it a mega hit paired with a sweet vanilla frosting. delicious!

Sweet Potato Pie I

Everyone (including total food snobs) i have made this for freaks out. It is incredibly light and airy and the perfect amount of sweetness. Even people who "don't feel like dessert" ended up having seconds!

Kai Kang Dang (Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk)

Amazing! I make this all of the time and it is a huge hit with everyone who tries it. My only suggestion is using lots of frozen peas, the taste goes really well with the curry
