Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 14, 2004
this meatloaf is way too sweet for us. It was the worst I've ever made, and won't try this one again. My husband could taste it for days. :( My kids wouldn't touch it after one bite, either!

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2003
I also reduced cooking time, and used apple cider instead of juice. I cooked it 1 1/2 hrs and even then it was overcooked, next time I will try it for an hour max. The flavor was great, though.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2002
very good cookie.....I made them the way they were, and my 3 yr old loved them. They are a good change to the normal oatmeal cookie. I made them on parchment paper and cooked them for 12 minutes. Next time I might try the white choc. chips in them, as others have suggested. Will definitly make again.

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2002
This was a very good soup. Next time I am going to try adding the parm. cheese as suggested in another review. Also, I might try this with linguica or chourico, as I am not a huge fan of sausage in soups. But the broth was excellent and the spinach was really good.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2002
using 1 tsp. of filling really leaves you with alot left over, which I think is a waste of ingredients, so next time I will cut that in half.......also, it makes more than 12 cupcakes!

I had some extra filling.....I also added some bread crumbs. Very good mushrooms, a good recipe to change to your own tastes, too. I didnt use any cayenne pepper and used extra garlic and cheese. I will make them again and use other variations to the recipe.

Butter Pecan Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2001
these bars taste just like pecan pie. I used a 9 by 14 inch baking dish and they were easier to get out of the pan than the smaller size, since they are gooey.
