My finished result for Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt Cake
About this Cook
My husband and I have started eating a lot healthier and in doing so are learning to cook a lot of new things together. We really enjoying working together to create fun and healthy meals.
My favorite things to cook
Oh this is bad but as healthy as I try to be I love to bake! My favorite thing to make is all kinds of cheesecakes! Which is why we spend a lot of time at the gym!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas I bake mocha log cookies. Our family has made these easy spritz cookies for as long as I can remember and we all have a variation of the recipe.
My cooking triumphs
I made a chocolate irish cream cheesecake that came out really well. My family still raves about it!
My cooking tragedies
Every time I try a new recipe I will admit I get all anxious but the only time I had a tragedy was when I made my first cheesecake and it had so many cracks in it I cried but my husband ate it and declared it delicious and kind of cool to look at!

Easy Mexican Casserole
This was delicious and so easy! You can add so much to it and make it even better but it's just a great meal for the family. I used other reviewers suggestions and did the taco seasoning and added green chilis and wow, it just made it have so much more zing to it. Highly recommend this recipe!

Bread Machine Sugar-Free Bread
This bread is AWESOME. I used the recommendation that someone gave and went with more wheat than regular flour on the the third loaf but both versions came out great. I did get a nice rise on all three attempts although on the third loaf there was some major curling on the top but it looked really cool. Very tasty!

No Bake Sugar Free Cheese Cake
This came out very good and can be made into many different versions of cheesecake so it's good to have in a pinch. I wouldn't say exactly that it's sugar free though because i'm pretty sure graham crackers contain sugar. Very good though and totally recommend for a fun and easy spring/summer dessert.
