Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Delicious....I cheated and used taco seasonings to cut time. The only thing that I did different was that I brushed the Chimichangas with vegetable oil then placed them on a cookie sheet. And at the the last 10 minutes, I brushed them the butter.......

Orange Cilantro Rice

The orange juice flavor was overwhelming! It was really tart and I had to steal some of my sons mandarin oranges for a little sweetness. I will definitely not try this again...and I am an excellent cook. Thank God this recipe is inexpensive.
