Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

I was surprised to read that someone else thought this recipe was too sweet. I guess I was expecting it to be sweeter than it was. I added 1/4 c. brown sugar and liked it much better. It also needed salt. I shredded the pork and let it cook a bit longer that way. I liked it served over rice. My husband liked it as a sandwich. We will make it again with these modifications.

Herb Chicken with Mustard Sauce

I agree with another reviewer that this recipe is too salty. Next time I will cut the salt in half. My husband and I really liked the other flavors though. I didn't really care for the mustard sauce though. Next time I'll just make the chicken without the sauce.
