Cake Balls

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2008
OH MY GOSH! These are soooo! good. Will diffently be making again and again....{9-15-08}I needed to up date this. I made the "peanut butter frosting" on this site{very good, used 2c's powdered sugar} Let the cake cool a little while thou, then add the "pbf".Tastes in a way like peanut butter cups. But I think the can frosting works better. I made the mice for work. Used sliced almonds for the ears.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
This is a really good "Beef Stew." The only thing I did different is; doubled it, added 2 beef bouillon cubes ,about 2 Tbsp. of browning and seasoning sauce,{just to give it a richer look} and a half of a bag of frozen peas ,about the last 20 min.{They just need to be heated through.}It's a keeper.

I made this for my husbands birthday. It is very good. I took a couple of the other readers ideas also, I used mini chocolate chips. I also baked it in three eight inch cake pans. Just to give it a more traditional look. will make again.

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2008
This is really good. The cream cheese is a little over powering, but it's still very good. Might try the cake with a light cream filling next time.

Turkey Tetrazzini II

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
I've looked at a lot of the Turkey Tetrazzini recipes, and this is great. I had left over turkey, so I made my on stock for it.[ Next time will probably just used canned.] Used two cups stock and a pint of whipping cream. Also added the onions, garlic a little parsley and mushrooms. I will diffently be making this again. But maybe not with the whipping cream. It really dosen't need it.

Tex-Mex Patty Melts

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
These are a good burger. Very spicy, I made mine on Texas Toast; and I also took the advice of another reveiwer and put some fryed onions on them. Next time I might calm down on the chili spice. That tasted a little to powdery. But I will be making these again. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
This is a really good recipe. I let my chicken soak in buttermilk first.[for a few hours] Then I followed the recipe. The only problem was it was going to be done before my mashed potatoes were.LOL. That was ok, chicken holds its' heat well. Thanks for the recipe. It's great! If your in the mood for Fried Chicken, but you don't have the time I suggest this. It's a forgiving recipe for spices.

WOW! This is SUPER. I followed the recipe; I just added carrots and onion,[ because we like those vegetables] Oh, also a little crushed red pepper flakes. [Just a tad bit of heat.] The Sweet and Sour sauce is wounderful,I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for a great recipe.
