I'm giving this five stars, because I loved it, my husband, not so much. It was a little to different for him. I loved the light taste, and the lemon in the back ground. Thanks! really enjoyed this.

Apricot Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
I love sweet and savory. Thats what this is. Delish. Thanks to the AR people from here, I made my own dry onion soup mix.[dried minced onions, beef boullion, garlic powder, and onion powder,[pepper] I made this along side 'easy mushroom rice,' and they were done at the same time. Love it!

Monterey Ranch Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
The only thing is that I used the cheese and bread that I had on hand. That was Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, and hamburger buns. I also used light ranch. This was good. Rich.

Ranch Burgers

We thought they were good. Used dried minced onion instead of fresh, but I didn't put crackers in it. I did use the egg. Very lightly flavored.

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2009
This was good. I think I did something wrong, because mine didn't turn out as fluffy as the picture shown [Tricia Jaegers]. My husband thought I made pudding, he had two pieces. I had one very rich. I'll try again when it's not so hot outside, yea I'll blame the weather, not me. :)

Meatloaf on the Grill

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
This is so good. Who'd think we'd be eating meatloaf in 90* weather. I used #3 pounds of ground beef.I used the ingredients you wrote plus a couple of my own. I used my old pyrex pie plate that's dingy, so it didn't matter what that turned out like. I got it a little over done on the bottom, [like I haven't done that in the oven] This had a nice smokey taste to it, that made it different then the oven.I put ketchup on about the last 45 min. of cooking. Took about 2 1\2 hrs. I'll be making this one again for sure. Thanks.

This was great!. I didn't have hot sauce, so I used about alittle less then 1 TBSP of cayenne pepper, and I didn't have Asian Chile Paste, so I used Szechwan Chili Sauce. This was so good. It had a nice bite, not to hot. Thanks for a wounderful recipe.
