Chili Cheese Fries

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Very good. I did mine with Frito cheese sauce, you just nuke it to get it warm, and the canned chili, frozen fries, and sprinkle some cheese on top, Yum!

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

This is great. Didn't bread the chicken first, just browned it on it's own, and had red wine. Love it!

I thought this was very good. I didn't use the soup but I used Fritos Jalapeno Chedder Cheese Dip, and put salsa, sour cream and lettuce on it. Yum

Orange Herb Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
Very good. I didn't have sprigs of herbs, I had flakes and leaves. The orange kept the chicken juicy.

I really like the consept of this salad, but I didn't care to much for the dresseing, After I made the dressing I ended up putting some Italian dressing to kick it up a notch.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
I love this recipe. The first time I made it was from the Taste of Home cookbook, I was thrilled then and I'm still thrilled about this soup. The only thing different I do is add 10oz, of cream instead of a can of cream of mushroom soup.

Crab Corn Pudding

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
It's good, My husband thought it tasted fishy [probably the crab I used] I thought it was a little to eggy. The texture is light and spongy. I'm not sure if this is going to be for us. But I'm glad I tried it.

Mini Candy Bar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
Very sweet and a really good cookie. I made just one box, because I was intimidated about the cookie melting all over the place, but it didn't. When it cooled a little the cookie cracked and caramel oozed out, but that made it look scrumptious!

Peanut Butter Temptations II

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
These are a great cookie, my dough was a bit sticky so I couldn't roll them, so I scooped out about a 1 inch glob. The smaller globs worked better, not as much hung over the side to break off. My kids are going to love these. Thanks!
