Shrimp Linguine

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
We liked this alot. I kept the same amount of eveything except I used 1/2 c. each of the cheeses, and 1 pint of 1/2 and 1/2. I didn't have fresh herbs, so I used 1 TBSP. each of dried basil and oregano. I also used whole wheat pasta. And I had alittle bit of broccoli left over so I put that in also.I tossed the pasta in with the sauce, Very good.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
This is good. I used left over chicken from the "Rotesserie Sticky Chicken"[from this site]I used Hazelnuts because thats what I had in my pantry. I've let the salad sit for about an hour or so. We're munching on it with crackers. Tommorrow 'lunch'.I could see using this on Endive leaves or Boston lettuce. Yum.

Easy Sausage Stuffing

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
My mom used to make it this way, and so do I. I love it. I use my giblets from the turkey and put that in the chicken broth and boil it with my onions and celery. Also make a huge amount, and freeze smaller dinner sized portions to have when I bake chicken or pork chops, thru the winter months. I freeze it not cooked.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
My husband and I loved this. We weren't having company so cut it into large flowerets, then per boiled them, I placed them in a pie plate and put the breading on. I was worried the breading would over power it, but it didn't,it was a nice touch. Will be making again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
WOW! This was sooo good! Alot of recipes say you can taste the spices through out the meat. 95% of the time I don't, this one was right on. This isn't rotisserie style, it's better. Very juicy, tender and full of flavor. I even measured all my spices, I didn't have red pepper flakes, so I used cayenne pepper, nice kick. Thanks for a great recipe.

Festival-Style Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2009
I've been making these for years. Some times with spaghetti sauce. If it's winter I usually just pan fry them. But the little cast iron griddle sounded good. I par boiled them because I was making them indoors, then threw them on the griddle for the markings, when they were almost done I threw some peppers and onions on. Excellent recipe.

These were great. There the way I like them if I get them out. I used all the ingredients, followed the steps of dipping, but I didn't measure. Just put the ingredients in three different pie plates. Then seasoned them. Will be making again.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
I really liked the taste of this.I made it for a b-day party I had over the weekend. But I wouldn't recomend making ahead of time if you want it creamy,[I do.] I thought this might happen so I added a can of cheese soup, thinking that might help keep it creamy. It didn't. I'll make this again just not ahead of time.
