Best Steak Marinade in Existence

I had some inexpensive chuck steaks. The marinade made them taste like a million bucks.I had unexpected company,so they only marinaded for about three hours. My guests were telling me how great they were. Thanks for a wounderful recipe, will diffently be making again.

Warm Mango Salsa

This was my first Mango! Excellent! I followed the directions, because I didn't know what I was doing:). I used a large jalapeno, I thought the salsa was hot, my husband thought it had a nice bite [to each his own]. Will diffently be making this again. Tasted great with grilled chicken. Thanks.

Crunchy Cheese Toasts

We thought this was great. A nice simple recipe. I forgot to use the thyme, but I love the cayenne pepper, I also had Italian bread, but I don't think that made any difference. Will be making again:)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is fabulous. I used 4 cups chicken broth, 4 cups potatoes,2 cups of ham, 2 stalks of celery, 2 chopped carrots,1 small chopped onion, 2 cups fat free half and half, also 4 oz. of Velveeta, and about 6 TBSPS each of butter and flour, both boullion cubes, about a TBSP. of fresh chopped parsley at the end. Followed directions as written. This is diffently going to be in our winter soups rotation. Thanks so much.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These are great. I didn't have green onions, so I grated about 1\4 of a small onion in it. Used low fat sour cream, and fat free shredded chedder cheese. I didn't tell any one, and no one said a word. Except that they were good. I'll diffently make these again.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

I made these as written, not to hard. They are very sweet. I would cut small pieces though. I'm going to try it with Dark Chocolate cake mix, and the jar caramel next time.

Beefy Baked Ravioli

This is always a nice meal. I used some frozen leftover spaghetti sauce I had, plus a jar of sauce, used a whole bag of ravioli. Layered ravioli, sauce, cheese. Will make again.

French Toast Casserole

This was great! I had old bread from a loaf, had some hamburger buns to use up, so put them on a cookie sheet and dried them out in the oven. Used the cream cheese and brown sugar, I'll diffently make this again. Thanks.
