Pork Chop Suey

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2012
I dr'd this up a little. I doubled it. We like more gravy, so I used a 32oz size container of chicken broth. I let the celery cook a little longer then the rest of the veggies, so I added them first. Didn't have Bok Choy, so I used a half a bag of baby spinach. Also added a small sliced onion, and two chicken bouillon cubes. Added bean sprouts and baby corn to it also. Wonderful recipe.

Amazing Greek Pasta

Loved it! Made it like a typical spaghetti, but with your ingredients, and ground lamb. I would have used Feta Cheese, but I forgot I ran out. :)

When I make these, I make enough to freeze, send some to my family and friends, in other words I make a lot :) I can't say I've ever tried the flour mixture in it? maybe someday. Excellent recipe!

I love this. Really the only difference I did was to do my own potatoes, added onion and cheese. Yummy!

Mushroom and Swiss Burger

Reviewed: May 30, 2012
I've been making these for years. I use either left over beef gravy, or a can of beef or mushroom gravy. Regular salt and pepper, no MSG, or Worcestershire sauce (but I will try that, sounds good) and two slice's of Swiss cheese per burger, sometimes some sauteed onions in the mushroom gravy, bring lots of napkins, and maybe a fork and knife :) Yum!

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Excellent, I'm not vegan, so I used skim milk; had on hand raspberries, pretty much the same otherwise. I love the oatmeal in it. Very satisfying.

Striped Delight

I can't even remember how many years I've been making this. Honestly I never thought of the chocolate cookie crumbs, I've always done it with 1 1/2c. of graham crackers crumbs, always a family favorite, I use pistachio at x-mas time because it's green. :)

Love this recipe, first time I mad it just as written Yum. Last night I played with it a little more, basically thickened it a little, added a bouillon cube and cream, just as yummy. Thanks for the recipe!
