Icing came out good. I'm not much of an expert when it comes to decorating though. I don't know why the others batches came out to thin if anything I could of put a tbsp or two of water in my batch to thin it out.

This recipe is really good at least the chicken part. Unfortunately there is something really off with the tonkatsu sauce. I've never had authentic tokatsu sauce but I'm willing to guess that the base of the sauce is ketchup and not worcestershire sauce. So anyways I switched the amount of the soy sauce with the worcestershire sauce. Then I just used the same amount of soy sauce as I did with the worcestershire and it came out fine. You might want to use a little less worcestershire depending if you like it with a little bit of a kick. I would imagine that the authentic recipe has that kick given that it's a little bit reminescent of wasabi.

This really is a very good recipe for a potato salad. It's different and the flavor combo of the dijon mustard and the Italian dressing gives it a tangy zesty flavor. Tweak the recipe to achieve perfection. Maybe a little more lemon juice and freshly ground pepper adds a nice touch otherwise pretty awesome!!!

This is a great recipe for bbq. It has an undeniable flavorful taste. Sophisticated enough for adults with refined palattes and plenty tasty for kids who just want it to "taste good". I haven't looked for any more bbq sauce recipes on this site since finding this one!

I would do some tinkering with this to get it the way you want it. It is not traditional tasting and taste more like an middle eastern version of chili. Suggetions would be to cut coriander amount by half since it dominates the flavor. If you still want more than put in a little at a time. People have reported texture being more soupy than chili like but that is probably because they didn't notice that the recipe gives you a general amount for water. Use your own discretion: pour a little in at a time until satisfied with consistency. I found this out the hard way after dumping it all in.

This is a deliciously tasty recipe but it is not really authentic or hot as it actually has no curry in it. This very good for a guest or a friend who you know probably isn't to keen on spicy foods and probably wouldn't try something like this.

Using this recipe as a base I made what I thought was one of the tastiest spaghetti sauces I ever made. In addition to the base add the following: sub ground italian sausage, sugar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed red peppers to taste...... .....MMMMMM......Especially Delicious!!!

This rice is tasty lighter departure from the typical spanish rice cooked with tomato's and various spices.

This is one my all time favorite meals that I order at the CPK. This recipe is right on the mark. Suggestions: the pasta amount for some reason is way more than the serving size(about ten servings per pound) and you might want to play with the amounts of chicken(I prefer more!!) and the veggies. Enjoy this dish is unique and delicious!!!

This is a good recipe for not having any dairy or eggs in it. I'm not a big fan of cocoa powder in cake and frosting recipes because it tends to make them taste like chocolate milk. Next time I make it I might try actually using melted chocolate instead. Otherwise good consistency and moist!!!

This is good frosting recipe to start off on but needs tweeking. It definitely needs more chocolate. I would almost double the chocolate because the cream cheese and the sugar dominate the flavor. Others have suggested reducing the sugar amount and even adding some coffee. If you are a true chocolate afficcianado you are definetly going to want to make some changes.
