Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

I made these tonight and they were a big hit. I followed the recipe except only came up with a net of 3 quesadillas. I guess I loaded them up a bit. They were very good. I served with guacomole, salsa, and sour cream. The recipe is definitely a keeper.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

We liked this one. My wife said next time I should double the amount of Italian sausage since 1 lb of pasta is a lot to cover for less than .5 pounds of the sausage. But it still tasted great.
