Western Style Beef Jerky

Way too much Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. I've only made this once but I knew just from reading it that 3 tbsp of liquid smoke was too much so I put in 1 1/2 tbsp of liquid smoke. I wish I would have known enough to half the Worcestershire sauce too. I will try that next time. all-in-all a good base to work with.

Mandarin Chicken Pasta Salad

This is such a great recipe!! Everybody loved it. My father doesn't like cold pasta salads so I made his in a sprite bowl and add the pasta while it was hot and that even turned out great. We had leftovers and I think it is going to be even better tomorrow. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This recipe is so scrumptious! I actually made chicken fingers instead and dipped them in ranch; it was a huge hit! Thank you so much for this recipe it is definitely a keeper.

Twice Baked Potatoes

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THESE! They were a BIG hit! I didn’t put in the mushrooms or breadcrumbs and instead of crushed red pepper I put in ΒΌ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper. I don’t like chunks of onions in my food so when the onion mixture was done cooking I used an immersion blender to liquefy it. I have made many twice baked or stuffed potatoes and these are the BEST by far. I can tell that this recipe is going to be in my family for years to come, Thank you so much.
