When I made this carrot cake with all the adjustments from below... divine! No other way to put it. The best cake I have ever had. I also made them into big cupcakes which were a huge hit with my guests!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Delicious. I upped the chocolate, like many reviews said to do, and add 1 tsp. peppermint extract for one of the tsp. of vanilla. Perfect mint chocolate cake. I also made these into cupcakes. Bake for 18 min.

Caramel Apple Dip

This was pretty good. It's really sweet, so I choose tart apples to dip. I also used 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping to make the dip smoother than the wrapped caramels.

Creamy Rice Pudding

This is my new favorite indulgence. I add a little cinnamon into mine. So good and even pretty healthy! Try making it with brown rice and almond milk!

Apple Orange Bread

This recipe is absolutely amazing. I didn't have any lemon extract, so I just zested my orange before peeling and chopping it. It made the bread one of the best I've ever had!
