Thai Steamed Mussels

Awesome!!! This is really flavorful, you won't want it to end! My only recommendation would be to make double the sauce and eat it with rice so you can soak up the extra sauce. Yumm!

Apple Cheddar Pork

My husband and I were totally unimpressed by this. It doesn't have very much flavor, except the red wine vinegar. Maybe with more cheese and some salt and pepper or something... I won't be making it again.
