Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
I modified the dressing. I only used 1/4 of sugar, added 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 tablespoon of water and one lime. I let the dressing marinate overnight.

Barbequed Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
Note: I modified the recipe to semi-homemade. Followed the rub and use a bottle of BBQ for browned and glazed. I used boneless pork ribs. I followed the dry rub (directions #2). I let it marinated overnight. I took the meat out from the refrigerator prior to baking 2 hours so it can be at room temperature. I added 1 cup of water on the bottom rack (it brings moisture to the meat so it does not dry out while baking) and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic in the water. Place the pork on the rack, cover it with foil and bake it at 325 'F for 1.5 hours. Once done, I took it out so I coated the ribs completely with BBQ sauce. Do not cover the ribs, let it broil in the oven low for 10 mins so it can be browned and glazed. Then coat the ribs with BBQ sauce and serve. Pork meat should be tender and juicy! Delicious!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
I followed the recipe to the "T." Easy to follow and taste good. I added 1/4 cranberries, 1/4 raisins, and 1/4 butterscotch chips in half of the oatmeal mix so i can have varieties. Both cookies were delicious!

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
I loved it! It turned out great. Thanks for the comments on this site. I, too, put the dough in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before I put it on the cookie sheet. I also, modified the recipe. I used 1 cup of butter - baked it at 350 for 10 mins - my cookies dough were about 1 tablespoon on the cookie sheet.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
This is one the easiest recipe to do. I modified the recipe by including one can of coke to make the flavor sweet and make the color dark. This was a tip from a Korean friend. Delicious!
