Honey Butter

Absolutely divine. I used this recipe for a home-made holiday gift I gave to several of my kids' teachers, etc. Everyone raved about it. Soooo easy to whip up.

Trying to find recipes to use the 5lb bag of corn flour I got for my husband's tortilla recipe. This is one I tried and they were delicious. Took them to a party. The kids there devoured them and one of them is VERY picky. Even he liked them. A little time consuming with the food prep and cook time but worth the effort.

Cinnasweet Pumpkin Seeds

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

Easy to prepare, long part was the toasting of the seeds. Just the right amount of sugar, salt and spice. Even my husband liked them. Would be really good on almonds too.

Banana Pumpkin Bread

I used a PChef stone loaf dish, maybe that's why it took so long to bake to center done-ness, almost 90 minutes. Easy to mix, good flavor, would try again.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

I halved the recipe as I only had 1 c. seeds. An hour was too long in my oven, they came out tasting a little burnt. I also used garlic powder in place of garlic salt as many reviews said they were a little salty. Disappointed but I will try again, me thinks it might be cook error!

Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Quick and easy but not as sweet as I would like. I added about 3T. sugar. I did like the use of cinnamon though.

One Bowl Brownies

Great flavor and texture. Mine did stick, using the butter/foil method. Will try it in pan with just butter next time. Baked as directed, worried that they might be underdone but as they sat and cooled, came out just right. Awesome brownies!

Wonderful Waffles

My family loves waffles and has hard time finding the recipe my dad had from my childhood. This is the best one we've found in years of searching. Taste, texture, easy to make. As my husband says, this one's a keeper!
