Uncooked Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Have made this twice. The first time - exactly as described, the second time was the "low fat" version -light sour cream, skim milk, light cool whip. While the low fat version is very good, the REAL (full fat, full flavor) original recipe, is so much thicker and tastier. If you don't try it at least once as submitted you are cheating yourself out of a real treat! Also, had to add that I served this at a family gathering of 19+ people (dbl recipe) and EVERYONE loved it more than my mom's traditional baked banana pudding.

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Made exactly as described. As others have said, the meat literally falls off the bone - had trouble getting the ribs out of the pot! Took away one star because although the sauce was tasty, it was too thin and watery for my taste. It was kind of swimming in an orange grease - yuck! I will make again, but will likely use my favorite bottled variety of barbeque sauce (Cattleman's) instead.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
Made this exactly as instructed. My husband and 3 year old, and 10 month old all loved it. Served it over egg noodles. We didn't find it too salty as others have stated. Next time, I think I will add some chopped onion and fresh mushrooms when I add the soup and cream cheese, just to give the meal some different textures and enhance flavors. I think this might be good using strips of flank steak and maybe add some tomato paste. Endless possibilities! Thanks for sharing! Also, I was short on time and cooked this in my crockpot on high for 1.5 hours then reduced heat to low when adding the soup and cream cheese for the last half hour. Chicken fully cooked and tender and meal was ready from start to finish in just 2 hours!
