Toasted Garlic Bread

Used only olive oil, no butter. Sprinkled some minced garlic instead of using crushed garlic. Cooked at 350 for about 10 minutes.

Marinated 15 minutes. Used sashimi-grade tuna, and cooked about 2 minutes on a grill pan. Ate rare. Was awesome.

Jalapeno Chicken II

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2014
I kept all the seeds in the jalapenos, and it made the chicken super spicy. John LOVED it this way, but I may remove some of the seeds next time. It was pretty intense.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Used Gwenyth's blue cheese dressing recipe for the sauce. Mixed it in the pan over heat with the pork chop drippings. Fantastic!

Raspberry Custard Kuchen

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2014
I cooked for 50 minutes. It still seemed a bit undercooked. Next time, I would change the flour/sugar mix on top of the crust to 1/2 c. flour and a couple tablespoons of brown sugar. 1 c sugar was way too much... The next day, after chilling, this was awesome. I'm changing my rating back to 5 stars.

Add some jalapenos next time. Some bell peppers and corn would also be good in the burritos.

Bird's Nests III

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2014
Great recipe to make with a toddler! My 2-year-old had a blast pouring in the ingredients, and counting out 2 jelly beans for each nest and putting them in. It was also a great way to practice colors (she named them as she put the "eggs" in the nests).
