Spicy Bean with Bacon Soup
This is Awesome! I made it the first time per the recipe as written. tasted just like the one out of the can. I did find that I liked it when I pureed half of the soup. This time I am making it with chopped green chili's instead of the jalapeno's. Smells good cooking right now!

Chicken Puffs
These were VERY GOOD!!! This was the first time I had made these, but the base recipe seemed to need an extra kick. I followed the recipe but I added the following. 1 tsp Dill Weed 1 tsp Parsley 1 tsp of lemon juice I kinda eyeballed those but the measurements are approximate. I also found that baking these in a gas oven @ high altitude took a bit longer. I baked them at 375 deg for about 15 min. Very tasty. I will add this one to my cookbook!!!!!!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Tis is AWSOME!!! After marinading the chicken, I added sliced bell peppers, chunked pineapple, and whole mushrooms to the kabob. I then coated the whole kabob with the marinade before grilling. I cut the salt down by 1 tsp and then added some garlic powder & garlic salt to the marinade. I served this with bacon wrapped shrimp & a nice salad. A nice summertime dinner!!! Definatly a keeper
