Cranberry Orange Loaf

Delicious! Mine didn't rise up as much as I expected, so it was kind of a dense loaf, but it was delicious. My family weren't huge fans of the tart cranberries, but I thought the contrast between the cranberries and the sweet bread was divine.

Banana Cake VI

This cake is fantastic! I used half white sugar and half brown sugar, and I had to bake it for an hour and a half at 275, but it came out moist and delicious. Even my husband who doesn't usually like banana cake thought it was good.
