Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
We love this recipe! I did take others advice and add a teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice to the Muffin Mix- they are delicious!

Kettle Corn
Maybe someone could help me! I just tried making this recipe 2 times and both times were failures! I used a large stock pot, and the first time I tried doubling the recipe, the kernels didn't pop after 10 minutes, and my sugar was brown, so I threw it out and started over. (I even did the 3 Kernel test) This last time, I made the recipe for the quantities stated- after the 3 kernels popped, I added the sugar and salt, stirred, then added the kernels. I put my lid on and did the 3 second shake, rest 3 seconds. It seemed like it took forever for my kernels to pop again and when they did, it was at a very slow pace. Then after 5-7 minutes, I had a very small amount popped and it was all really dark brown. So, I'm really confused. Was my oil too hot or not hot enough? What have I done wrong? I would really like to use this recipe, after seeing so many wonderful things written about it! I still rated it good, b/c I didn't want to hurt the ratings! If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
