This dish was fantastic!!! I only had 14.4 ounces of mahi but still used the measurements for the recipe as is for 4 servings (following other reviews advice of doubling the sauce). My changes: I doubled the marinating time to 40 minutes - turning once. I didn't rub the fish with salt and pepper. I doubled the garlic and eyed the fresh ginger but I think I used more than it called for. I chose to broil the fish in the oven for 12 minutes in a metal baking dish covered with aluminum foil. Then I reduced the sauce in a skillet. I served the fish over jasmine rice and spooned the sauce over it. This was definitely the best fish I've made yet and I will absolutely make it again!
