Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

I followed the recipe completely. Pork chops came out well but a bit dry in my opinion. I think potentially cooking the chops in butter on a heating pan may be better then grilling the chops. Pork chops may be more moist then what came out.

Grilled Marinated Swordfish

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Grape and Caper Salsa

Incredible dish that is so easy to make. I accidentally bought green grapes and the salsa still came out very aromatic. If you prefer more rare variety of tuna, keep the steaks on the grill or stove to 1 1/2 minute or less on each side. Thanks for the great recipe!

Marinated Pork Roast with Currant Sauce

This is such a great recipe, especially for a large party. I followed the advice of a few other reviewers and bake at 450 degrees for the 1st 10 minutes and the meat came out moist and juicy. Awesome recipe - thanks so much!
