Almond Butter

I made this today and will make it again and again. I added some honey to mine but without honey it's good too and sooooo much cheaper than buying it at the store.

Sausage, Kale, and White Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This soup has great flavor! I didn't have sausage links so I used ground italian sausage and used the suggested hot sauce. I don't have a pressure cooker either so I used the fast boil method written on the bean bag. I didn't reserve the bean water and just used the chicken broth. I can't wait to make it again.

Cranberry Orange Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
So yummy!! This is a great recipe to help me use up my lingonberries. Instead of nuts I used an extra 1/2 cup of berries. My berries are frozen so the batter was thicker and had to cook longer but the results were just wonderful! I'm making my second loaf of the day :)
