Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
Good stuff. Even better if you omit the ketchup and Worcestershire and add a can of green chiles.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2014
Not a fan of salmon so I started here and it was a good choice. I did not use lemon pepper, added minced onion and used pineapple juice instead of water. Best salmon I've eaten so far.

Tomato and Garlic Pasta

Reviewed: May 16, 2014
Been making this for decades with canned tomatoes for a quick meal. I thought I was the only one who thought it was a good idea, glad others enjoy it, too.

Wonderful. The perfect combination of light and crispy, thick chewy and simplicity. I won't even try to improve on it, my whole family loves it.

Dave's Georgia Black Eyed Peas

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
First time I have ever cooked black-eyed peas that weren't in a can. I had no idea they couold be that yummy. I omtted the butter and jazzed it up with onion, garlic and some smoked paprika. Served it up with some cornbread and we had us a nice meal. Fantastic.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. I probably added some extra garlic and basil or something but a fantastic change of pace.

Fantastic, moist, fluffy pancakes. Hint, I added a half teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and the taste was heavenly.

The Best Frikin' Party Dip Ever!

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
Amazing stuff, and of course I tweaked it on the choice of meats as we don't like our sausage hot. I used a mild sausage and it was still amazing. Next, I intend to try it with a mild Italian sausage...or maybe pepperoni, who knows?

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
I was a little skeptical of such high ratings but this dish rocks! I also cooked the chicken in chicken taco seasoning and used corn tortillas. I tweaked it just a touch more by warming the tortillas on an open stove flame before slicing. Flip them back and forth a few seconds at a time until hot with a few blackened spots and they're perfect for a taco or your casserole.
