Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs
I cut the meatball recipe in half which made the perfect amount for 2 adults and a toddler and enough left overs for lunch the next day. I made sure the sauce was doubled but followed everything else to a T. This recipe was AMAZING! My husband who is an extremely picky eater and likes hardly anything LOVED this recipe and even went back for SECONDS!! I will definitely be making this again and again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemon Chicken Soup II
This soup is amazingly good "as is". I followed the recipe exactly other than I added an onion and it turned out soo good. The lemon isnt overpowering at all you notice that its there but it doesnt take away from any of the other flavors. Next time I think I will add a bit of celery but thats all it really needs. This soup is definitely a keeper!!

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup
Absolutely love this soup! Like other reviewers suggested I used 1/4 cup vinegar, brown sugar instead of white, an extra can of diced tomatoes and 1 extra bouillon cube. I didnt have tomato sauce so I used a can of tomato soup instead and the soup tastes amazing. The only thing I find is that a whole head of cabbage is too much so I would only use about 1/2 a head next time unless I can find a really small head of cabbage
