Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These taste great! I followed the recipe exactly, except made more cinnamon sugar mix as other users suggested. My cookies were a bit flat, but I'm inclined to think that it's because of my semi-old baking soda. Next time, I think i'll made these cookies a bit bigger so the cracks can really show. They kept well for a few days, but not as long as some other cookies. By day 4 or 5, they were too hard and weren't really salvaged well by the ol' microwave trick. But overall a great recipe!

Easy Morning Glory Muffins
Awesome recipe! I omitted the coconut just because I didn't have any. I also used a food processor, but I shredded the apples and carrots very small, because I didn't want to have whole pieces of the carrot. Used walnuts and California raisins, although I wish I had chopped the walnuts a little larger because their texture was a bit lost. This made 12 muffins exactly, however I had to bake them a bit longer (around 25-27 minutes). Just tried one and they're great! Thank you!

Chicken Parmigiana
This is a great recipe! I added some herbs and s&p to the bread crumbs (panko). I also pounded the chicken breasts, so they cooked faster than 40 minutes. Other than that, followed the recipe pretty exactly. Didn't double bread, or bake on a rack. It was delicious - great recipe!
