Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

I decide how good the meal is I cook each night by if my husband carries leftovers to work... he didn't hesitate to take this (: I followed the recipe pretty much exactly except I did not measure everything out; I just kinda guessed. I did season my chicken with season salt, added black pepper on top of everything, used some butter and some olive oil, and used a jalepeno pepper instead. The meal was still delicious! Will definately make again!!!

Salsa Cube Steaks

I would give this recipe five stars,but my husband said four! These were absolutely delicious!!! Very tender! I used garlic pepper, seasoned salt, and a little chilli powder to season the cube steaks. For salsa, I used mild salsa. I did not use green peppers because they are not a favorite here. I baked the steaks for about an hour and out cheese on top of each steak as soon as I took them out of the oven (the cheese melted). I served with Dirty Rice and Corn. I will definately fix these again. Thanks for an awesome recipe.

Chicken Salad Wraps

This was actually pretty good. I got a recipe from the back of one of the chicken cans that had the same recipe on there, minus the bread. I just used it as dip and dipped crackers in it. However, this was a good recipe also. My husband who is extremely picky said that he liked it too. We have decided to use shredded chicken next time instead of the can chicken. I also added sour cream instead of mayo, added cheese, and baked for about 5 min. I did not add the lettuce until after the baking. I also added a few different seasonings (season all, chilli powder, etc): just a pinch of these for a little flavor. I will definately fix this again with shredded chicken! thanks

Egg Casserole

This was a pretty good dish! Instead of white bread, I used Sara Lee 45 calorie Multi-grain bread! This gave it somewhat of a sweet taste. It was good (and low-fat, I used all lowfat ingrediants), but I think I will use white bread next time! I will definately do this again!

Easy Cranberry Chicken

I used bone chicken breast instead of boneless. I would overall say this is a good dish, but honestly I don't think I will fix it again. It was one of those recipes to try but not a favorite!
