Egg Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
Great job Sarah! I was craving egg salad the other day and decided to try this. I didn't have onion flakes so I used 1/4 c. diced onion. It's bursting with flavor! I just finished making a second batch...can't wait--YUM!

Very good! I followed the recipe exactly using Hungarian paprika. I also made spaetzle (thanks Ohiomom) and strained it through a colander into boiling water. My family LOVES this. Thanks!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2009
Very good! The first time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly. We loved it, but my fiance thought it was a little dry and I thought it needed more spice. The next time I doubled the sauce, added more herbs and seasonings. Viola! Perfect! Thanks!

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2009
Great recipe! Easy and flavorful! Thanks! While living in Wisconsin, we loved to eat apple pie with a slice of good cheddar on top. This recipe is reminiscent of that. I sometimes add a bit of sauteed onion to the mix. Great! Thanks!

Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
This was delicious! Good olive oil and aged mellow balsamic are paramount. I had some fabulously fresh tasty tomatoes that I damaged by baking. Next time I make this, I'll chill it, not bake the tomatoes, and serve it cold for a picnic. Very good! Thanks!

This was very good. I used marinated artichoke hearts, a light wine sauce, and used half the requested amount of pasta. I also added a pinch of lemon rind. Every one had seconds. Thanks!

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I've used this recipe at least a dozen times. My family loves it and always want more. This is my favorite quiche by far! As per other reviewers, I saute all the vegetables and reduce if it has too much liquid from the spinach. I add more egg, less spinach, and sometimes 1/2 cup of diced ham. I also cook it longer. It's sooo good! Thanks!!!

I've made this several times and have gotten rave reviews each time. It's even becoming legendary. Sometimes I omit the avocado and drop a pinch of thyme into the dressing. It's delicious both ways.

The soup was very good and easy. Everyone loved it! I added a little cornstarch to give it a more silky texture. I seldom repeat recipes, but my boyfriend said "Make this again!" before he was half way through.
