Quick and Easy Ketchup
I halved the recipe but kept the seasonings the same. I didn't have apple juice concentrate, so I started with a tbsp of honey and added more to taste. I was careful not to add too much water (since I could add more later) and I used about a tsp more vinegar than called for (apple cider vinegar instead of white). I'm going to use some of this to make cocktail sauce and I can already tell the taste is right on for it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Summer Grilled Cabbage
Good recipe! I wrapped my wedges in aluminum foil I sprayed with cooking spray and sprinkled them with salt, pepper and garlic powder (topped with the dab of butter). Perfect with some salty smoked sausages we grilled.

Beef Fajita Salad
Excellent! I used salsa instead of ketchup in the dressing, but I could see trying the ketchup next time as a nice way to counter the tartness of the yogurt and lime juice. I added some sliced avocado to this and tossed the lettuce with some of the dressing before placing all the other ingredients on top. So good! Never seen my husband wolf down a salad so fast. I'll definitely be making this again.
