Cookie Jar Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
Recipe turned out great - no refrigeration necessary. They stayed moist even when they browned a little on the edges.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This is the best cookie recipe and it's soooo easy! I actually just put peanut butter chips in instead of nuts and I only cook them for about 7 to 8 minutes. I've made these so many times and everybody loves them.

Orzo Delicioso

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2009
This recipe is soooo great! Everyone was raving!!! I made it with Chipotle Olive Oil, left out the mushrooms, Hot Jalepenos from a jar, and added a pinch of crushed red pepper. It was a little spicy but not too much. I am definitely making this again!

Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2009
These taste exactly like I got them at a restaurant - a really good restaurant! I used 1 can crabmeat, left out the chestnuts, added green onion. Make sure you let the oil get hot between batches otherwise the filling would come out.

Easy Beer Bread Mix

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
This was soooo yummy and hearty! I did not have self-rising flour so thanks to bv in Provo, Utah for the tip! 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt = 1 cup self-rising flour. I was afraid it was going to be too much salt after making my own self-rising flour but it was awesome. I chopped up some sliced jalapenos in a jar and added shredded cheese. Used a Bud Select 55. I'll def be making this again with chili!

Decorator Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This was a delicious frosting recipe. It set up nicely. I had to add a little more milk, about 3-4 tablespoons total because it was way too thick with just two tbl.

Pumpkin Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting (The World's Best!)

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2012
These are so rich and yummy! My husband just ate some and confirmed that. I didn't change a thing. I made them into sandwiches and had plenty of frosting. Probably would've doubled the frosting if I had to frost them all. The only reason I rated this 4 stars is because the baking time should probably be more like 14 min.

Gingerbread Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This was okay - I wish they would've been more sweet. Other than that they were great. Dough was very workable and made soft but stable cookies. They were easy to decorate - check out the recipe called Decorator's Frosting by P. Oakes - yummy!
