Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
I substituted the shortening for butter but kept the rest of the recipe the same. Very good! Even my step-son-who is 6 yr old and a picky eater- loved it.

Garlic Spaghetti
I substituted the 1/4 cup olive oil with unsalted butter but added extra virgin olive oil in at the end (around 2 tsp). I skipped the parmesan since I didn't have any and it still was very good!
