Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

What a great appetizer! I wasn't sure how these would go at my party but I was SHOCKED by the response- Warning- don't try to reheat them in a hurry- they will shall we say caramelize..These are a sure hit! I cut my bacon into thirds too!

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

Great recipe! I added more vinegar and did add toasted cashews. Keeps well out for a period. Everyone LOVED this salad. I had to give out copies of the recipe that day!

Portable Chinese Chicken Salad

Great crowd pleaser! Everyone wanted the recipe! Will make again soon. I did add soy, hoison sauce to the dressing and added more vinegar. Great salad.
