Carole's Sesame Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
Great concept, but too much sesame oil for me. It was all I could taste!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
Very good! Used everyone's suggestion to cut back mayo by using 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup mayo and used marinated artichokes too. I had thinly sliced chicken breasts so I actually rolled the artichoke spread inside which worked great! Then I covered them with seasoned breadcrumbs. YUM. Thanks for the recipe!!

Pepperoni Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
I think I'll need to either pre-cook the zucchini "boats" first or adjust the cook time next time because mine came out a little under cooked. But my husband really liked it. We eat a ton of zucchini and I'll definitely try this again.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
BLOWN AWAY! These are very, very good and a nice change from the usual Christmas cookies! I burned my first batch but we still ate all of them! The unburned batch was given out to our neighbors and I think they'll love them. As others mentioned, we didn't bother with the icing. They really are perfect without it! I'll make these every year! And our daughter totally loved them!

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Way too sweet for me! Some family liked them but I wonder if they were just being polite. Just not my favorite, sorry!!

Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
YUM. Loved these pork chops! Like many others, I couldn't find thick cut chops so I went with VERY thin and rolled them up with the stuffing inside. Since I had a lot of stuffing left, I actually coated the chops in the stuffing and that was just phenomenal. The thin chops cooked pretty fast too, which was great. LOVED it, will make again soon!

Oaxacan Tacos

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
If my steak hadn't turned out super tough, this would have been a five-star recipe. I think I would have preferred to grill the steak and then slice it up. Otherwise the flavors were really good!

Chicken Dijon

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I made it as written and totally agree with other reviewers that it needs some serious seasoning, at the LEAST salt and pepper! My 2 year old loved it though! "Naples" comments may have been a better alternative but maybe could have been presented in a less superior way?

Dutch Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
We loved these!! I will definitely be making this again but like another reviewer mentioned, I will cook the carrots first to make them easier to mash. In any case, my husband and my 13 mo. old LOVED them.

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
The sauce was good on the chops but even BETTER mixed into the rice! I ended up mixing a little bit of red pepper, cilantro and green onion into the rice with the peanut sauce and that was the highlight for me!

A keeper! So good! I used Francesca's recommendation of cutting the butter in half and adding in olive oil and it was perfection. I won't change a thing and will definitely make again.

Pat's Baked Beans

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
These baked beans are my new favorite! I made them for a mother's day cookout and everyone loved them! Per the advice of previous reviewers, I cut back the sugar and used more bbq sauce than ketchup. I will definitely make this again!
