I love to eat, ergo, I love to cook! I recently got married and have been using all recipes.com exclusively for my recipes to mine and my husband's delight. I collect cookbooks and cooking "gear!" I have a son, three daughters, a cat, a dog and a tank full of fish. Anything I haven't tried before! Thanks to all recipes.com I've tried more new dishes in the past 6 months than I have my entire adult cooking life. My "old" favorites are anything Italian, mexican, or dishes I consider to be "southern cooking." Out of necessity, I like recipes that are FAST and EASY and consist of ingredients you'd find in most anyone's pantry. I love cooking with my daughters. I suppose this is because growing up, I spent alot of time in the kitchen with my Mom and Grandma (mostly my Mom). That was fun time - It's a great way to get close to the girls and to have fun at the same time. Bonus - they usually eat what they help to make! Every 4- or 5-star recipe I've ever tried from All Recipes' website. Cookies at high altitude - still haven't mastered that one. I'm totally frustrated with wasting ingredients at this point, and just use the pre-made cookie dough which comes out fine every time. (I know ... "lame").
