Coffee and Donuts Ice Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2012
Did not include the doughnuts though I'm sure that would have been good. This is excellent (and easy) coffee ice cream. No more expensive store bought pints for me! Thanks!

Fabulous Fargozas

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
Good coarce muffin. It's not very flavorable on it's own but it does hold up to soups and soaks up it's flavor. The only substitution I did was use onion powder as I didn't have any onions.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
Yum. I made this to go with hot wings. I made the full sauce recipe and just poured some noodles into the pot without measuring. I had some extra sauce. I also used Panko as the topping. My husband and I both had seconds! Really creamy and delish!

Cheddar Sausage Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
Super easy and yummy. I used sage sausage and added 1 egg and a tad bit more shredded cheese. I took the suggestion to make them into mini muffins. It made 40. I'm going to put them into the freezer and thaw as needed. They'll be the perfect size for my 18 month old for breakfast.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were so easy and boy are they delish! I made mini muffins and stuck them in the freezer. I get out a few at a time and microwave them for a minute. It's an easy breakfast for an on the go 2 year old (and her mom). Next time I'm going to add some walnuts.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2008
My whole family loves this! I use 1 can of each of the following: Cream of chicken, cream of celery, corn, green beans, carrots and peas. I also add garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. It makes enough for 2 pies so I can freeze one for later. It's just as easy to make 2 at once. I have also used leftover turkey from thanksgiving and it was yummy!

Chicken Pesto Paninis

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2008
Yummy! I used leftover chicken I roasted a couple days earlier and also added some mayo. I didn't use peppers as I don't like them. For the bread I flattened pizza dough from my grocers bakery, rubbed it with olive oil and sprinked some seasonings on it. Baked it for about 30 mins and had fresh baked bread for the paninis. They were great!
