Everyone really like this recipe. I thought it was great as I am diabetic and this fits right in with my program. The only change I made was I used sliced black olives as that was what I had and I really think it liked them better as you have the tartness with the capers. I have had several requests for this recipe and that always tells me that it is a keeper! and dish I will serve again and again.

BAKER'S ONE BOWL Million Dollar Fudge

I made this fudge and received nothing but rave reviews. It was the best I have ever had. Made great Christmas gifts. I too brought it to 234 on the candy thermometer and put it in a 13x9x2 buttered foil lined pan, which made it easier to remove and cut into 1 inch square. It is so rich and creamy, really good!!!!!!
