Mozzarella Puffs

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
made these last night to go with spaghetti. The kids loved them!!! They looked great coming out the oven hot. When I got done getting ready for church I came to the kitchen to fix my lunch for today and they only had two left!!! I have three kids and they ate 8 rolls!!! I made half with pepperoni and cheese. Brushed with melted butter and added parm cheese and garlic powder. Reheat is not that great. Will be making again!!!

Cream of Spinach Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
This is delicious! Even my husband loved it. The first time I made it was with asparagus. I found that it was a little to thick for me. So, today I made it again with spinach and added a little more water and another boullion cube and it was so good. The flavor is delicious!!!

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
Delish! This is a regular meal at our house. It is extremely easy. I always add alittle more seasoning. Such as dried parsley, oregano, garlic, Tony Chacheres' and whatever else I'm "feeling" that day.

My husband and I made a pot of this before Hurricane Ike hit south Louisiana. It was delicious! I don't think my husband usually goes for soup, but he kept saying how good this soup tasted!

not big on chocolate at all, but this sure is delicious!!! I'm from the South so I had to add some pecans. That is the only change I made. Everything else is the same.

This is delicious! Although, I do have to admit that I made it with shrimp instead of chicken. My children talked about it for a week!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
MMMMMMmmmmm... I made the filling last night before going to bed, and this morning after church I came home and reheated it. I assembled the burritos and added cheese. Everyone liked it! I also added some corn and a tablespoon sour cream to reheat. Very good. My 11 yr old daughter asked if it was easy to make because she wants to eat it more often!!

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
Tried this recipe out for my son's pizza birthday party and everyone enjoyed them. They were easy to make. I prepared them on the baking sheet the day before and I also mixed up the oil and seasonings so that they could marry up. After they were done I stirred the seasoned oil and tossed with the knots. Delicious!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
I had an 11 inch pan and I didn't adjust the baking time or the heat of the oven so the edges came out a little dry and a little dark for my taste but the middle was so creamy and delicious!!! I will definately make it again and cook it on 300-325 until I get it perfect. Everyone else didn't think it was too dry or too brown. EVERYONE LOVED IT!!! Thanks. P.S. I was always very intimidated when it came to cooking cheesecake, but with this recipe and all the tips... its a breeze!!!!

Roast Beef with Coffee

It was good and different. I could tell a subtle taste of coffee was in there. Everyone enjoyed it and welcomed the different flavor to the usual pot roast. I also used baking cocoa before. Delicious both ways.
