Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus
Good recipe. I would suggest cutting the rosemary, thyme, and salt in half at the very least. It was obvious while doing this recipe that the rosemary and thyme was way too much. So I cut that from the get go. I followed the recipe with the salt and for me it was fine, as I tend to like some salty dishes. However, it would be too salty for most people. Also depending on how one likes their potatoes, the initial cooking time of the potatoes could be lenghtened. This recipe will have the potatoes, somewhat firm.

Kickin' Collard Greens
Great recipe. The only deviations I made were adding an extra slice of bacon, a bit of sugar, and half a red bell pepper. Also, I agree with some other reviewers that 45 minutes is too long. I would say 30 minutes max.

Fresh Tomato Pie
Good recipe but please read some to the other reviews before you start. The original recipe is a good base but to me it needs some work i.e. carmalizing the onions, it needs nowhere near 7 tomatoes unless they are small. Also two layers of the cheese/mayo mix helps, one after the onions, one on top. I did not use bacon but it would definitely work with the recipe. But heck, bacon works with just about everything.
