Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
Excellent! I skipped the mushrooms because we don't eat them and I didn't have capers so I substituted a black olive bruschetta I had in the pantry. I will be making this many more times!

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Delicious! The only thing I changed was that I used 1 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening as I only had one cup of butter left; I also did a mix half white sugar and half brown sugar. This is the recipe I have been searching for!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This will be a regular in our house! Hubby loved it! I did use thin chicken breasts and they still needed about 30 minutes of cooking time
